Teleste at Sectech 2011
The Sectech event took place at the Rica Talk Hotel in Stockholm 18 to 19 October 2011. The expo is a meeting point for suppliers, installers, consultants and end-user purchasing managers in the security field. Exhibitors and visitors can interact and get updated on the latest developments in the industry. This year there were more than 2,300 visitors and the exhibition attracted nearly 100 exhibitors, Teleste amongst others.
At the Sectech expo, Teleste exhibited and showcased our latest VMX 6.0 Video management platform. VMX is the video management choice for high-end security professionals. VMX is an open platform supporting multiple encoders, IP, and Megapixel cameras. The system is easy to integrate to third party systems such as Access Control, Fire Alarm, Luggage Control and SCADA ,which are available via standard interfaces.
In addition to the VMX platform, Teleste showcased its new generation field hardened H.264 multi profile encoding family. We have also traditionally showed the latest contribution to our fibre transmission portfolio. This time, on display were the fibre links with SFP based interfaces for increased modularity.
