Strategic Directions, Broadband Cable Networks

Teleste BCN business unit has established it’s strategic directions for the coming years.

We are further strengthening our position in the HFC access network by strategic sourcing, partnering and low cost manufacturing – being able to offer a more complete end-to-end solution. All Teleste devices come with state-of-the-art element management system. Additionally we will be introducing solutions for the deep fibre applications, including Fibre to the Home (FttH).

We are becoming a broadband access provider by offering an extremely fast data connection for residential subscribers over the coaxial network. Our solutions will fit variety of coaxial network structures regardless of topology and support interfacing with WLAN, power line or alternative last mile technologies for in-house distribution.

We are realizing the next generation headend platform with partners and offer digital video solutions independent of what access network is used and whether the operator can be classified as a cable company, Telco or as a FttH operator.

We are expending our focus into a portfolio of services to our existing clientele. Supply chain management, logistics and warehousing, turn-key network deliveries, physical network maintance, network inventory management are all included in our plans.
