TELESTE RECEIVES ADDITIONAL BK-ORDERS FROM GERMANY

Teleste has received additional orders worth EUR 1.8 million from
Germany's largest cable operator KDG for the ongoing upgrade of
their BK networks.

In the project Teleste will be delivering its Germany specific BK-
Optiflex amplifier products for the upgrade of the coaxial access
networks. The deliveries will take place during the second half of
2006.
