We process repair services for hardware including:
- Products manufactured by Teleste
- OEM products (Teleste branded)
For hardware repair services we offer logistics, reporting and buffering. The logistic model for repair management can be tailored to suit your needs depending on your location and processes; this may involve collecting the equipment from your sites, or using preferred freight forwarders.
Third-party equipment repairs
Third-party equipment repairs can also be handled logistically through us.
Product modifications and upgrades / software upgrades
We also help our customers to extend their network lifetime by product modifications and upgrades, as well as software upgrades.
Spare unit service and hardware support
In addition to normal hardware service, we offer spare unit service, in terms of buffer stock, spare unit sales and temporary spare unit lease. Also available to you is detailed product specific hardware support, such as troubleshooting and modifications for Teleste manufactured products.
Support and Maintenance Agreement (SMA)
The repair lead times of agreed products are guaranteed through the Support and Maintenance Agreement (SMA). Products covered by an SMA will receive a priority label in our repair process. Extra features such as extended warranty of products can be included in the SMA.
