Repair service & RMA (Return Materials Authorization)

If you have a faulty device that needs to be sent to our service, please fill in the RMA (Return Materials Authorization) request form.

After completing the form, you will receive a RMA number by return email within 24 hours. You can send the device with the RMA number to the address indicated in the confirmation message. The confirmation will also be sent to the email address you provided in the request form.

Please do not send the device without RMA number as with the RMA number the follow up of the repair service procedure is much quicker and easier.
