TELESTE CORPORATION’S SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH STOCK OPTIONS
A total of 111 846 shares have been subscribed for with Teleste Corporation’s 2007C stock options between 12 March 2014 and 30 April 2014. As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of Teleste’s shares will increase to 18 985 588 shares.
The increase in new shares has been entered into the Finnish trade register on 21 May 2014. The subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of 22 May 2014.
The share subscription period for stock options 2007C was 1 April 2012 – 30 April 2014. The 2007C stock options entitled to subscriptions of a total of 280 000 shares. A total of 256 998 new Teleste shares were subscribed for under the stock options 2007C. 2007C option shares that were not exercised by the end of the subscription period are no longer valid.
