TELESTE RECEIVES AN ORDER FROM ZIGGO, THE NETHERLANDS, FOR THE DELIVERY OF      
OPTICAL NODES                                                                   

Teleste has been selected by Ziggo to deliver their new compact node platform   
for upgrading their cable networks to anticipate to future capacity needs. The  
value of the initial order is approximately one million euros.                  

This is Teleste's first major order for Ziggo, Dutch largest cable operator     
(3.49 million subscribers) arise from the recent merger of @ Home (the former   
Essent Kabelcom), Casema and Multikabel.                                        

Teleste's solution is based on the successful AC800 platform. It combines a     
perfect price performance with sophisticated management facilities.             

This strategic order positions Teleste in the forefront of the Dutch cable      
television suppliers. The majority of the order is to be delivered during 2008  
and Q1 2009
